Abstract:
Incorporated cities within Flathead County.Incorporated city boundaries are obtained from individual municipalities, recorded with the Flathead County Clerk and Recorder Office, then digitized and adjusted to the ParcelPoly dataset by the Flathead County GIS Department.City boundaries will be updated as annexations occur, and adjusted as needed to the Flathead County GIS Department Parcelpoly dataset.

Horizontal Positional Accuracy Report:
This data is built upon the Flathead County Parcel layer, which was created from a least squares adjustment of existing survey data representing the Public Land Survey System (PLSS).Field surveys of the parcel layer were conducted on a sampling of 10 townships, which revealed an average error of 11.36 feet, with a maximum error of 26.69 feet and a standard deviation of 7.86 feet.
